Job Description

Plan, prepare, and cook authentic Chinese dishes with high standards of taste and presentation.
Develop new menu items and seasonal specials to enhance the restaurant’s offerings.
Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, portion control, and plating.
Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
Monitor and manage inventory, food costs, and minimize waste.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain consistent food quality.
Collaborate with management to plan menus, specials, and promotions.
