Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Woodlands for a Clinic Assistant specializing in Front Counter and Clinical Support. Responsibilities include performing receptionist duties, providing outstanding customer service, assisting with patient care, managing clinical administration tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. The Clinic Assistant will also be required to use medical terminology appropriately and support operational tasks as directed by the clinic team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Experience in receptionist duties and customer service to handle inquiries, appointments, and front desk operations professionally.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care techniques to provide quality clinical and administrative support.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare record systems and basic administrative tasks is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Certification or relevant training in a healthcare-related field is preferred but not required.
