We are looking to employ a highly driven retail & online sales management specialist to assist the owners manage the day-to-day running of our store. The retail assistant manager’s responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff. The individual should also be able to delegate tasks to the sales staff and manage the store in the absence of the owners and other management staff.
To be successful as the retail assistant manager, the incumbent should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and ensure that sales staff comply with company policies and guidelines. The retail assistant manager should posses proven track record and measurable KPIs.
