Job Description

Supervise day-to-day salon activities
Employ and educate beauticians as required
Plan your staff’s shifts with peak periods and seasonality in mind.
Place an order for cosmetics, such as lotions and essential oils, and top up your inventory. Make arrangements for routine equipment maintenance.
Observe proper hygiene at all beauty stations.
Make sure every beauty treatment satisfies strict requirements for quality.
Keep track of employee information, such as pay and schedules.
Use social media to advertise services, goods, and special offers.
Accept customer payments and keep note of every transaction
Maintain accurate records of your expenses and income on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Organize online contests and provide promotional offers to draw in new clients.
Setting goals for each staff member, evaluating staff performance, and providing training and overall guidance.
Monitoring salon supplies and equipment and ordering new stock as needed.
Creating and distributing promotional material to attract new clients.
Addressing and resolving client complaints regarding salon services and employee behavior.
Processing clients’ payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
Ensuring that the salon is clean and well-maintained at all times.
