Came to tailor-made my motorbike riding jacket with 3 pieces of velcro. Everything was okay including the price.However, upon asking if I could come back should there be any defects or problem after sewing, she shoved my jacket back to my hand rudely and refused to do it for me. I was taken aback by such behaviour, which is rude and disrespectful. DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS STORE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Went in novemember to order tailored suit and shirt. Told to collect 3 weeks later on 17 Dec. Went down on 17 Dec, find out that both don't fit. Told them to remeasure my measurements and alter, uncle insist no need to remeasure and can adjust accordingly. Told them I needed the items by 23 Jan, they said can get by 11 Jan. End up on 11 jan the items STILL don't fit and I had to bring my old suit and shirt down the next day to get that measured instead. Now I can only collect after Chinese New year. Overall horrible experience, would not recommend this shop

88 Creation is our all time favourite tailor shop since old Woodlands Center days in the 80s. Uncle and his wife had 3-4 shops there then. Uncle is always friendly and willing to help us even with minor alterations if needed. His son is assisting him now. Super like whenever they have promos of 3 pairs of tailored pants at $98 and suits at $300. By far still one of the cheapest and trustworthy tailoring service we came across so far, so my family always go back to them.

Got to know 88 Creation as they have been doing our company's staff uniform since 2018. My all time favourite fuss free tailor shop ever since then. Professionally tailored products without burning the pockets. Highly recommended!!!

She alter my office pants until it's too short. Before leaving the shop I had told her it's too short. She keep on saying that it's okay one.. a few days later I went back to collect back my pants.. to my shock it's too short.. i told her too short she gave me a attitude and did a bad job in making it longer again.. I won't go back to her anymore.. even the neighbouring tailors near her knows that she doesn't know how to alter properly.. pls go at ur risk...

STAY AWAY from this tailor. Just wanted a simple waistband removal and was told to come back in an hour. Came back and nothing was done. "Machine spoiled" was the reason he gave but when I requested a refund, it was done instantly. "Machine spoiled" huh? What's worst is the stitching was horrible with multiple loose threads hanging out. The other employee was of no help either just staring around hoping I would leave. Don't even bother.
