The food is very nice the fries is best out of all fast food in my opinion. The one i always go to is marsiling mall and the atmosphere is very nice not too crowded

Aunty wendy is sooooo nice!! So friendly!! Very hardworking and passionate about her work! Always feels very welcome when i come to this outlet! Thankyou aunty wendy!

Very quiet and cozy environment. This Burger King at Marsling Mall usually does not have many people, so it is a quiet environment to do work, have a meal, or quietly have a drink. There are also power points where you can charge your devices, which you seldom see in other Burger King restaurants. I feel the meal here tastes better as well, maybe because there are fewer people. Service is fast.

Visited this Burger King location and was really impressed. The team was super friendly, and the service was quick. My nuggets and onion was made just the way I like it, and the food were crispy and hot. The dining area was clean, and it had a nice, relaxed vibe. If you're craving a quick and tasty meal, this is definitely the place to go. Definitely coming back for more!

Generous portion and double-checking of orders by Wendy. Legit she's energetic even at the end of the day just as much as she is at the start of the day. Leads her staff well. My order was #4066 around 10pm.

Quiet and cosy place for a fast food place at off peak period. Do expect a very Long wait at peak as they are usually short staffed. Overall, this place was great for meet up, waiting for grocery shopping and doing homework! Shh, keep this place alive as a lively delivery came from here too.

Malay female manager wearing headscarf and tall Chinese female staff did not allow me to claim my free drink after completing the receipt survey. Said that it can only be claimed at the same store for which the purchase was made on the receipt which was never stated at all in the terms and conditions. Survey was done for receipt order 3014 Woodgrove outlet. The Marsiling Mall manager was rude and insisted cannot claim but in the end she gave me the drink but instead of taking the 3014(Woodgrove) receipt which I completed the survey under, she took my 3021(Marsiling Mall) receipt order purchase dated 20th July with no survey done. My guess is that she probably going to manipulate that survey for her own store benefit. Also double standards because she herself honoured my previous claim last month without any hesitation. You should really educate your staff to read the terms and conditions that was put forward without any specifics.

Burger King Plant-based Whopper is one of the best meatless burger. The patty tastes like real juicy meat, one really can’t tell it’s plant-based. ** Vegans can opt for no mayonnaise and religious vegans/vegetarians can opt for no mayonnaise and onions. The salad cup comes with sesame dressing.
