Herbal Soup Pig Trotter (厦门十全大補) at Marsiling Mall Hawker Centre represents over two decades of traditional Chinese medicinal cuisine, serving nourishing herbal soups and tender pig trotter dishes from their dedicated stall at #01-48 under the expertise of a hardworking couple originally from Xiamen, Fujian. This authentic establishment combines traditional Chinese medicine principles with culinary excellence, creating dishes that provide both nutritional sustenance and health benefits according to centuries-old dietary therapy practices, ensuring customers throughout Singapore's northern communities have access to genuine therapeutic cuisine prepared with carefully selected herbs and premium ingredients that support wellness and satisfy comfort food cravings.
The stall specializes in their signature herbal stewed pork trotter, featuring fall-off-the-bone tender meat infused with gentle herbal flavors that most customers specifically seek out, alongside their popular herbal chicken tonic soup that showcases the same meticulous preparation and authentic recipe traditions. What distinguishes this establishment is their commitment to hand-picking and assembling individual Chinese herbs rather than using factory pre-packaged combinations, ensuring optimal freshness and therapeutic potency in every bowl, while their preparation methods create substantial, satisfying portions with rich, dark sauces and generous amounts of premium meat that provide excellent value for the reasonable pricing that makes therapeutic cuisine accessible to working families and health-conscious diners.
Operating with a deliberately low social media profile while quietly serving a loyal following of mostly middle-aged clientele who understand the value of traditional medicinal foods, this establishment demonstrates the continuing relevance of heritage cooking methods in modern Singapore. Located just 10 minutes walk from Woodlands MRT station within the accessible Marsiling Mall environment, the stall bridges traditional Fujian culinary culture with contemporary convenience, ensuring that authentic herbal cuisine prepared according to family recipes passed down through generations remains available to Singapore communities who appreciate both the therapeutic benefits and genuine flavors that characterize this specialized form of Chinese culinary artistry and health-focused dining.
Disappointing experience! 😔 Ordered a bowl of herbal duck soup for $8. You get a duck drumstick 🍗 in the soup. But, the layer of oil floating in the soup made it too greasy to enjoy.
If you are one who enjoys strong herbal soup, then I suggest you skip this and opt for something else.

Saw some reviews and went to try since I am nearby, requested some addition soup because I was given half a bowl only which I finish up quickly, but was told they don’t provide extra soup, guest this is what my first and last try

Run by 2 old folks. Authentic 厦门 cuisine. Remind me of those food stalls in Hokkaido. Hard working and willing to please the customers.

The herbal chicken was nice, with a strong herbal taste to it, though I feel like the chicken could have been cooked softer. However, I'll advise to avoid the pig organ soup. The ingredients are inside, evem if it was lesser than expected. But the taste that was lacking. The soup seemed to be just water with some fragments of pork.
I gave 4 stars, the herbal chicken would have gotten 5 but the pig organ soup only deserved 2.

This stall is so good. Saw many people ordering it so I went ahead to order. Great Choice. Loads of meat given, had a very full and tasty meal! Must try their 麵線! Would definitely come back again for a second round. Both the stall owners were super friendly.

This stall used to be at the market near the causeway border control. I have always love their braised pig trotter because it is always very flavourful and the meat is tender. It still tastes the same after so many years.

The braised knuckle is the highlight in this stall. It’s quite savory and tender. Always come here to order knuckle and herbal chicken soup without rice to gain more protein. 2 dishes are 10.5SGD. Very satisfied and full. Must try knuckle!! By the way, it also sell buk kut teh. Also valued for the money.

Perfect sweet savoury blend so that it is not sweet and yet not salty to the taste buds
Cooked perfectly to give a mouth feel that the meat is not soft until it falls off the bone and yet tender enough to give way when it is chewed
The skin is clean and soft enough to melt in the mouth but it holds its shape between the chopsticks so it can be picked up easily
I ate it on its own, tasty enough to make a statement yet can be eaten with rice accompaniment
Best yet, there's seldom a queue so seldom have to wait long
Byo veggies and red rice for a healthier meal

Ordered their Braised Pig Trotters, Bak kut teh and herbal chicken soup.
The Meat of the pig trotters was soft and tender with substantial amount of thick and dark sauce.
The Bak kut teh and herbal chicken soup both have satisfying amount of meat for their price. Both also taste great!
If you’re looking for the best Braised pig trotter around here, compared to the other two stalls in Marsiling Mall that also sell braised Pig trotters, this place triumphs them all in terms of quantity and taste!
Will add photos when i eat here again.
