Terrible service, had originally asked if iPhone face ID will work after the repair screen, after repairing broke face ID and said that I should have known that face ID should not work after repair. Now my iphone be is more broken than when it started

After I buy a new phone from their shop I ask them to help me transfer my things in my old phone to my new ones but after transferring I realize that one of my game app is missing I think they deleted it because I remember that before I gave them my phone to transfer I remember I saw the game app is still there but now I didn't find it and I was so mad because all my hard work from the game is all gone, now I have to restart . bruh next time the person have to ask permission before deleting someone app . And after they to help me to fix my phone screen , I went home to charge my phone but I can't because the batteries in my phone is broken I remember that after I ask them to help me fix my phone screen I can still charge but now I can't I think they broke it while fixing now I need to pay extra to fix it bruh . Now I don't even know if I should trust them or not but guys be careful .

The aunty from Mega Teleshop will send your phone for repair here. The uncle while honest, he is very improficient in handling your phone. You came for repair but left with worse condition phone. First, he forget about your S Pen clip (locking mechanism for the stylus. Secondly, he anyhow put glue around your phone. Thirdly, your phone back cover and LCD screen left with gaps all around (Not water resistant anymore) Fourtly, he forgot to put your camera lense cover back. He is very forgetful and inexperience. Repair your phone elsewhere!

Service staff was friendly. Requested for Samsung Galaxy A10's camera to be taped/removed. Did that in under 15(stipulated timing by them), no issues at all. Looking through other's comments; It seems like there is only one technician when I queried. Explains the lack of knowledge of phones. The technician himself was swift and honestly not very professional. He was constantly watching his iPhone while fixing my phone. He didn't respond to my comments/queries when fixing. I can only guess he's watching a video on ifixit to roughly know which areas to unscrew. Would make even more sense if he was watching a guide if most bad reviews came from bad fixes/knowledge of repairs. He did acknowledge my request to watch the process of it all. Saw them sell merchandise as well, not gonna lie the prices don't seem the best but at least the service given to me was good. Can safely say easy repairs/modifications they are able to do it well. Unable to comment on other aspects.
