Not even opened at 7.30pm on a weekday. Please change the opening hours.

In front of the shop at 6.45pm on a Wednesday and its its already closed when it states closes at 7.

Pool rate ever for SGD to USD. Seems like cheat by them.

This place is open 24 hours and is safe/secure. The police station is right across the street. It took us a little time to locate, as they are on the second floor and a little hidden by other shops. Their rates are not the best, but their service is good and you can exchange quickly.

Don't know why public rated this money changer badly. I just visited them. It's just like any other normal changer. Change money and go. Rate is normal for SGD to MYR.

I had a terrible experience at this money changer. The customer service was awful. When I first called to inquire about the exchange rate, the staff member gave me the information, and I told him I needed to check with my husband before proceeding. While I was on the phone, he went back to playing a game, ignoring me completely. Even when I called him multiple times, he didn’t bother to respond and continued to play. After a few minutes, he finally looked up and came to assist with the transaction. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I definitely don't recommend this place.
