Try to buy something on Shopee from Woods Pharmacy. Super unprofessional. On my end i failed to reply the 1st time hence i ordered the 2nd time. I specifically communicate with the seller the stocks are available before my purchase and he/she say they will mail out asap. However, upon my reorder the seller had failed to mail out the items (again) as promised. Bad experience.I will not recommend if you are in need of any items that u required urgently to nurse the elderly. Half a Star.

Patient, willing to explain the process of ordering online. I read some of the comments online and realise people have the impression that a pharmacy is like a mamak shop where you can just go in and buy whatever you want. Pharmacy is a medical institution where some medicines and/or drugs still need prescription.

Order online two items on 28 Jan 2020 and paid in full. By 6 February, no movement or update on status of order, sent an email. Got a response from the owner on 7 February saying my order has been cancelled because the pharmacy is out of stock for the items ordered, and my payment had been refunded through PayPal. Presume that if I failed to email, the order would just be pending indefinitely. Tracked my PayPal account for a week, no email notification nor any transaction in PayPal showing any refund. Sent an enquiry for status to owner on 15 February and to date, there has been no reply. Will never buy from this pharmacy again. Matter is pending with PayPal right now.

From Susan Woods pjarmasist Rusana is friendly and gives personal service to me. She remembers my purchases and pre orders items for me so I will not have to run to other pharmasies to get my order.

I went there a few times to buy different medicines but so far never successfully as I was always told “this one needs doctor’s prescription”. For example, I tried to buy Kanolone cream from this dear pharmacy store. The staff first told me they do not have such medicine. After the staff checking the stock from the computer, she told me to get doctor’s prescription and then come back. If I go the clinic (which is just steps away) and get the cream there, why would I still come back to this store? Is Kanolone really a controlled medicine as I can see a lot of sellers in Lazada selling it?

Miss Rosana from Woods pharmacy at Marsiling mall is a family orientated Pharmacist who is all heart when dealing with issues her customers has when they visit She smiles and greets everyone like an angel The moment you step into her premises you feel all is well and she will help you deal with what you need today or another day she still text you to say that she has the items you needed. She is definately the lady I will speak to first if I need any advice regarding medication or items that my family and I need My family pharmacist ... so cool May God Bless you and your family

'Your Good Neighbour Pharmacy' must be a joke. Horrible service provided by the counter staff. Guess you gotta retrain your staff on what basic respect is. 12th Nov update: scolded by husband??? haha i'm flabbergasted when i'm not even there with anyone. you don't have to randomly search through your database and use someone else profile on me. looking at your response yeah i figured why some of your 1 star review are indeed 1 star. respect goes both ways you said? then maybe teach your staff to be respectful when answering a very simple question. i wasn't even rude or anything. goodness gracious.
