I was hesitant to go here for alteration because of the reviews I read here. But I gave them the benefit of a doubt and it paid off. I have two jeans need to shortened and tapered (Two Levis jeans $12 each). Very hard to comunicate with uncle because of language barrier but I think he gets what I want. I just got jeans today and it was a perfect fit and just what I wanted.

Firstly its too overcharge. Second, its poorly done. I am OK if it is expensive and done properly but its not! Twice i came for alteration, and both badly done. Heartache.

A shop that I find today to alter my Hari Raya clothes. I took my clothes to alter today at 1 plus, and i can get it back within today. The altercation is good. Price also reasonable.

If I could, I would put MINUS 5 stars. Went there last year to alter a new blouse I bought for my mom. I communicated with the male tailor asking him to add a full length zip at the side as the material is not stretchable, the full length zip will allow my mom to wear it more effortlessly. He said no problem. I emphasized few times that I want a full length zip, he kept saying no problem, it can be done. Then he asked me to make full payment, which I did. I went back to collect the blouse, found that he only sew a half length zip at the side. I confronted him, he answered that he already told me beforehand, it will be like that. I was so angry, I told him that I had emphasized so many times I want a full length zip and he answered that it can be done. He raised his voice saying I accused him. What!!! To avoid a fight, my hb calmed me down and we walked off. PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP. Cheating, not professional, and rude.

Do not go to this shop. Daylight robbery and scammer. Went there to alter me n my girl’s hari raya dress .Uncle who i was told the “boss” there, did not listen to my explanation and just quickly check n count . I was shock to know the total price just to alter (only 1 inch ) $78. paynow him without thinking when suddenly my mum stopped me . We asked for full refund IMMEDIATELY but uncle refused to give. Shouted “ NO REFUND NO REFUND”. Called my husband up, he took out $68 cash and said that $10 is the svc.
Please do not go to this shop.

Would not recommend this shop. Went down last year to alter 2 pairs of white pants for work purposes. Upon collection at the shop, I noticed that both white pants were stained with dark sauce which had not been there before. I was angry and questioned the same owner that received the pants. The owner denied and blamed it on me instead, claiming that upon receiving the pants, the stain was already there. When I flipped the plastic bag that he had issued the pants in, it had dark sauce in it. Despite that, he did not apologise and kept quiet. Was in utter disbelief. The cost was rather expensive too. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST.

My mom went there to alter some clothes to be smaller and my own top to adjust the sleeves. The uncle cannot speak English or Malay so he cannot communicate well and misunderstood and altered my top incorrectly. Charged so much the first time then charged more to fix the mistake he made because he cannot communicate properly. Managed to do simple alterations fine but don’t bother if it requires any explanation at all because he won’t understand and will over charge. I don’t understand why the other staff doesn’t bother to help translate or explain or anything.

Sent 2 pieces of uniforms for alteration, just to make it shorter. To my surprise, he charged me $15 per piece. Altogether I have to pay $30. Would not patronise that store anymore. Horrible.

Extremely high priced, not recommended. For the price for alteration you can buy a new piece of clothing. I was quoted $23 to just alter my top smaller.
