Dr Fadzil is a very friendly, caring and provided spot-on consultation. My 2-years-old son was sick too and Dr Fadzil attended to him. For the first time, my son didn’t during consultation. Highly recommended clinic!

Came here for few years, always met Dr.Fazlin, she is really good and detail. But this is our last time here. The both male doctor was superrrr disappointing, treat patient nothing, seems like not willing to be here. No wonder I felt so strange this time, as this clinic always long Q, but this week I went twice which is empty, no patient, now only I know the answer.

I visited the clinic on May 5th due to food poisoning and was feeling extremely weak and unwell. Although this isn’t my first visit and I’ve previously encountered rude staff, I still chose to come because the doctors here are among the better ones in the area, and I didn’t have many options given how I was feeling. Thankfully, my visit that night was smooth. The counter staff on duty were different from usual, and they were genuinely kind and helpful. One male staff member (Indian, night shift on 5th May) even made sure I was attended to first due to how ill I looked—kudos to him for his compassion and professionalism. However, I had a less positive experience when I called the clinic on May 7th around 10:30am to request for some documentation from the doctor that I had forgotten to ask for during my visit. I also noticed a possible typo on the MC I received. Unfortunately, the female staff member who answered the phone came across as impatient and unhelpful. When I asked for her name, she mumbled quickly and refused to spell it out clearly—I believe her name sounded like “Syah Zee Ni,” though I’m unsure of the spelling. She kept insisting that there was nothing she could do and that it wasn’t her responsibility that I didn’t notice the error earlier. However, I hadn’t opened the email with the MC until I was feeling better, and the counter staff on duty during my visit hadn’t advised me to check it at the time. I don’t understand why a simple request couldn’t be passed on to the doctor, especially if the doctor I saw is one of the clinic’s co-founders. Instead, I was repeatedly told I’d need to come in again—which doesn’t make sense, as I need documentation for the original visit and diagnosis, not a new one. I hope the clinic will consider hiring or training staff to be more patient and empathetic, especially since people who come in are often already in distress. No one chooses to fall sick, and a little compassion can make a big difference in someone’s experience.

I went to the Marsiling Mall clinic. I felt the consultation was done quite hastily. Initially the doc was trying to diagnose my illness by saying it’s a seasonal flu but we insisted to get a test done because only the patient knows what they are going through. And yes, I was tested positive for influenza virus. My overall review for this place will be 3.5 stars!

Came for the second time. First time around was with a lady doctor, Dr. Fazlin who was lovely, attentive, listens to your worries and is professional. I didn’t get any better so I came back for another check up. This time it was a male doctor, Dr. Asyik. He was extremely unfriendly and impatient, would shoot rapid fire questions and spoke so fast but got annoyed when I asked him to repeat. Instead of checking the system for the medication i was previously prescribed to, he wanted to play a “know it all” game and quizzed me only to keep proving me wrong by saying “it’s not that medicine, it doesn’t come in pink” “it’s not that medicine, there’s no such thing”. As if being sick is not exhausting enough, i had to entertain this human being. The entire consultation lasted around 2 minutes only. It was the same for others too, everyone in and out very quick because he couldn’t care less to hear people out. If you see his name on the door, just do yourself a favour and leave.

I always come here for Dr Fazlin. She is so meticulous, friendly and good in her explanation. But I'm so disappointed that I don see her around anymore. The Malay male doctor is inpatient and talks too fast. Don't understand what is he talking about. Seems to be rushing for the consultation to end. So disappointed with the service. May not come here again if there's no Dr fazlin.
