Dr Fazlin is one of the best GPs I’ve visited. Sadly my recent visits were attended to by locums, and one of them carried a condescending tone. Recently I visited twice for a flu that did not get treated well, and went on to another clinic which the doctor there told me that I was prescribed child’s dosage for the antibiotics and that’s why it didn’t get better (got worse instead). Disappointed. Would call in to check if Dr Fazlin is around if I were to visit again.

Been coming to this clinic for years, I top up my long term medication every quarterly for my gout. As per routines, I went back today for my top ups. But this time round, the staff told me that I need to see the doctor & pay for a consultation fee before I'm able to top up for my medication. I am surprised ! I told her that I never pay consultation fees for my top ups, I just buy, pay for my top ups & go, there is no need to see the doctor at all. I will only need to see the doctor half yearly for my blood test to review on my progress. When I asked her why I need to see the doctor today? The reason she gave was that the original doctor is not in today, this is a part time doctor, so I need to pay to see this stand in doctor. OMG!!! What a ridicules answer??? !!!

Counter staff supporting the patient can be better. Arguing with an elderly patient that has been deem to be sent to A&E with very high blood pressure, suspect symptoms of stoke. Asked him to eat medicine immediately but didn’t offer water and didn’t call 995. A&E advised with this type of symptoms please call 995. Would you go here?

One care? More like dont care. See dr less than 1minute even though there are no patients, expensive too. Husb and i went to this clinic a couple times and still the same. Dr even gave a wrong diagnosis. Had to visit another dr to be properly treated. Thumbs down.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern over the extremely poor service my father received at your outlet on December 26, 2024. My father, who is 62 years old, was told by an Indian staff member that he could not use his Medisave Flexi account, despite the fact that this account is available for individuals aged 60 and above. As a result, he had to cancel his visit, despite being unwell with a high fever (40°C) and suspected influenza. This situation is not only frustrating but potentially dangerous, as my father’s health may have been compromised further due to the delay and the stress caused by this misinformation. I would hold your clinic responsible for any consequences that may arise while he is on his way back from the clinic. Adding to my frustration was the lack of professionalism from your staff. When I asked for the name of the staff member who provided the incorrect information, a staff member named Shafika assured me that I would be contacted to resolve the issue. However, despite this promise, no one has followed up with me. This situation has caused significant distress, and I am concerned for my father’s well-being. It is disappointing to experience such a lack of care and professionalism, especially from a well-known and established organization. I urge you to ensure that your staff are properly trained on Medisave policies and that all customers are treated with the respect and empathy they deserve.
