Try to be nice not to complaint but patience wear out when I been overcharge for 3 bottles of zippo (lighter fuel) for $6.60 each for 125ml bottle. The shock is that the same company outlet at Yishun selling only $4.20 only! Went back to the shop and tried to reason with the male supervisor and I get a rude answer saying his outlet sell at this price!? And no explanation and reason given why same company selling such a big price difference which 40% higher than other branch stores? Can the Valuehub care to explain why there such a big difference in price for the same item? And the supervisor and cashier service attitudes are very bad and rude. Very disappointing, will not buy from this store again.

Very rude staff! Bad attitude! Went to make a key duplicate. After I paid and got the key I realized that the edges are still rough. I politely asked if he can smoothen it more using the brush grinder. He flatly refused and said that he has already done it. Came home and tried the key. It didn’t work, apparently he has picked a wrong base key. I went back and the guy won’t even try to see if they have the right key to make a new one. Got my refund and I am never going back to this damn store. It is a pity as they do have a good selection of household items but the staff attitude is not worth the trouble. Base on other reviews, it seems like it is the culture of the company. They only hire rude people!
