Ginnoya 925 Silver

This is my honest feedback to everyone who ever want to buy anything from this shop. DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS SHOP! I bought a silver anklet to my baby girl who is currently 2.5 year old. It anklet was broken within a week when she was in childcare. My girl was so upset that her new anklet was broken by itself. I went down to ask the shop owner to fix it. She charged me 2 dollar to fix it. On the same day, the anklet was broken again when my girl was sleeping at night. I went down to the shop the next day to fix it. The shop owner claimed that my girl went to pull the anklet and caused it to be broken. She refused to fix for me and thrown the anklet back to me. The attitude is very very rude and raised her voice when she talked to me. The quality of all the sliver accessories is doubtful and the customer service is worst ever! I will never come to this shop to buy and would like to share with everyone who wish to buy from this shop. The items are defective!!!

The owner of this store was very unfriendly and had a bad attitude. When we were looking at silver jewelry, our hands would inevitably rest on the glass and leave some marks. When we left the glass to look at the jewelry on the other side, he immediately took a rag to clean it (assuming that only our group of customers were looking at the jewelry at the moment), which made the customers feel unhappy. When we asked the owner about something, he answered us impatiently (as if he looked down on consumers). In the end, we bought a silver ring and left.
